Bluegreen The Fountains Reviews
The Fountains Resort is incredible and huge, sitting on 54 acres. The quiet pool at our Villa was nice but the main pool with the 2 water slides was great for our family. There were plenty of things to do and our kids did not want to leave at the end of the trip. The Villa we stayed in was very large and up to date with an amazing kitchen. The bedding was comfortable and in a quiet area.

Water Park at The Fountains
The Bluegreen’s Wakoola Springs is 75,000 square feet of water enjoyment. It includes 2 big water slides, zero entry pool areas, 2 hot tubs and a splash play area with water fountains for the younger crowd. Take the walkway across Lake Opal and visit the 20,000 square foot clubhouse where you will find the Water’s Edge Indoor/Outdoor Pools as well as another kiddie pool area. There are not many resorts in the Orlando area that offer an indoor water option so if that is something you are looking for, you will find it here at Bluegreen The Fountains.
While you are at the Clubhouse, the kids can enjoy time at the Arcade Game room while you grab a drink or something to eat at the Wakoola Grill or the H20 Clubhouse Bar. Take the kids out on a paddle boat and float around on Lake Eve. This will allow you to have fun with the family but also have a unique view and perspective of the entire resort. This is a great place to bring the family. It has a good location in Orlando that puts you right in the middle of the action. Enjoy shopping, dining and all of the Theme Parks that are nearby while indulging in first class living during your stay.
Plan on the kids wanting to spend a little extra time at this Resort. Although your main plans might include the Disney or Universal Theme Parks, there is so much to do at The Fountains Resort that time will have to be planned ahead of time to make sure you can fit it all in. With multiple pools and the twisting water slides, once the kids get started, it will be harder than you might imagine to get them interested in anything else. As always, whenever you come to a large tourist area, you should know what you want to accomplish and get your tickets to those attractions early. If you order these and have them ready before you get to Orlando, that is one less thing that you will have to concern yourself with when you arrive. Also note that even though this is not a Disney Resort, it still offers Free Shuttle service to all of the Disney Theme Parks. This is something you want to look for no matter where you stay because Orlando can be a hectic place to get around, so it is nice to park your car and let someone else do the driving.
