The family-oriented pool is on the other side of the lake and has a 550-foot-long lazy river, and is sitting right outside the rear doors at the Island Suites. Zero-entry to the large lagoon entrance to the lazy river makes it a simple process for the little ones to get in and out. The fountains entering the lazy river continuously flow to keep you cool in the Florida Heat.

There might be many reasons to stay at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista Palace near Disney Springs but one of the most incredible features is the fact that it is an Official Disney Springs Resort Area Hotel. So close to the Disney Downtown area, you can just step out of the front entrance, across Buena Vista Drive and you are right in the middle of the Disney Springs action with tons of restaurants, shops and fun things to do.
Since they are right across the street from each other, some get confused and will book the Hilton Orlando Resort Lake Buena Vista thinking they are booking the Buena Vista Palace. Be sure you know where you are booking before you start your adventure.
Rooms
The Hilton Lake Buena Vista Hotel is broken up in to two (2) unique sections, the Tower unit is a high rise with 27 floors, one and two bedroom suites as well as a Presidential Suite. The views of Epcot and Disney Springs are amazing from the higher floors of the tower. A little closer to Disney Springs, the Island Suites are best suited for families having the Pools and Lazy River just out of the back doors. One Bedroom and Penthouse options are available at the Island Suites.

Pros:
The Hilton Buena Vista Palace was so close to Disney Springs we were easily able to walk and not worry about transportation. Since it is a Disney Springs Resort Hotel, shuttle service to the Disney World Parks is included and well worth it. The kids had an amazing time at the pools and long lazy river. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were a nice size. The staff is said to be very courteous and friendly. Balconies make for a great view and fireworks at Disney were awesome each night.
Cons:
The Reviews are a little more mixed than you might expect from a 4-star Hilton property. Some of the guests thought that the fees were pretty high and a lot of them. Dining is expensive, parking is high and they also have a resort fee. Be sure to add all of this up before booking, as the price you are quoted is just part of the cost of the stay. There are also a few guests who mention that they felt their room was a little in need of sprucing up a bit.

Live music sometimes plays around the pools to liven up the resort, so sing along and have some fun. An arcade inside the main building is a good place to play if the weather is bad. There is even a small playground for the little ones to climb around.
