Pros:
Guests on average, consider the Grand Resort Orlando to be clean and the staff friendly. The Outdoor Heated Pool is said to be very relaxing and comfortable experience. The Grand Orlando Resort is in a great area of Orlando close to many Restaurants and Attractions. Shuttle service is provided to get you to your Disney World Destination as well as Universal.
Cons:
The Parking lot is mentioned time and again and is said to be odd and located near an abondoned area. The food is also talked about as being a little expensive for what you get in quality. There is a shuttle but if you are used to the constant pickup and dropoff like a Disney Resort, you will not like the shuttle here. Be sure to check the departure and pickup times because they do not run constantly through the day. The rooms are not bad but the general areas could use some updating.
