This is a great question, and you might think that all the Hotels would offer inner tubes, but this varies depending on where you are staying. We have found that most of the resorts provide inner tubes for guests to use while floating around on the lazy river. However, some, like Cabana Bay Beach Resort, sell them instead of offering rentals. Some hotels also allow you to bring your own.
