Old Key West Villas – Disney Vacation Club
If you are looking to stay in some of the largest rooms at Walt Disney World, check out the Disney Old Key West Villas. While the Studio Villa is about the same size as all of the other Disney Vacation Club Studios, the 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Villa at Disney World Old Key West Resort are some of the largest you will find. Not only are the rooms large, but the Balconies and Patio space are also much larger than most of the other Disney Resorts in Orlando.
Relax in the Florida Keys
Looking for that laid back location, where you can sit by the water and relax? If so, the Disney Key West Resort is the ideal place to stay. Respectively, all of the Villa structures are built as two (2) or three (3) story complexes covered with the pastel colors you would see if visiting Key West. Many of the Villas are on the water and with the over-sized deck you get with each location, you will find that you spend a lot of time just enjoying the tranquil environment that encircles you. Key West is known for its lush tropical environment and gives you a Caribbean flavor and this is precisely what Disney has captured in its Old Key West Resort. Many different views are available, all with flourishing plants and trees which all add to this Key West lifestyle.
Old Key West DVC Villas
Deluxe Studio
Deluxe Studios at the Disney Key West Resort only comes with one (1) bedding option, 2 queen beds. This is a little different from other Disney Vacation Club Villas where some will offer the 2 queen beds or a single king bed option. There are no single King bed options available for the Deluxe Studio at this property. A small table with a couple of chairs and a flat-screen TV on a small dresser make up the main area. The Studio's come with a small kitchenette complete with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, small counter, and sink as well as a coffee maker. The bathroom is large but is all in one room. The large sink area is big enough for two people to stand side-by-side and get ready but there is only one sink. A combination tub and shower unit are also included in the bathroom. A private balcony is part of each studio unit and gives you plenty of space to enjoy the beauty of this property during your visit.

1 Bedroom Villa
The 1 Bedroom Villas at Disney Old Key West Resort have a unique layout and offer 942 square feet of living space. The single Private Master Bedroom is a very large room indeed and comes with a King Bed, nightstand, chair with ottoman and an armoire with flat-screen TV. A section in the wall opens up to the Jacuzzi Tub in the bathroom with louvered shutters to make this a much more private setting. The two-person jacuzzi tub is huge with ample jets to take the pressure off of your day and help you to relax. A single pedestal sink is in the master bath as well as a stand-up shower. The Living area is a separate room with a queen sleeper sofa and even a twin sleeper chair. This allows for up to 5 guests to stay in the 1 Bedroom Villa. A large Kitchen is located in an open floor plan right beside the living room. This is a full-size kitchen with full-size appliances. Everything you need to prepare meals can be found in the cabinets, all you have to do is bring your food. You will also find a large dining table with seating for 4 in the Kitchen providing a great place to eat or play games if you so choose. A large balcony is located through glass doors off of the Kitchen. Another large outdoor table with 4 chairs can be found on the deck and provides a perfect place to enjoy an early morning breakfast together as a family.

3 Bedroom Grand Villa
The 3 Bedroom Grand Villa is only available to DVC members, or at least, I have never seen it as an option on the Disney site for regular guests. This Villa is massive, taking up a full 2,200 square feet and spanning across 2 full floors. On the main floor, you will find a large Living Room with plenty of furniture for up to 12 guests in the Villa. The vaulted ceilings have windows on the top and bottom level allowing plenty of natural light in. The Kitchen is very large with full-size appliances and an island. The Master Bedroom is on the 1st floor as well with a King Bed, a couple of chairs and a flat-screen TV. The Master Bath is large with 2 pedestal sinks, 2 person jacuzzi tub, and a stand-up shower. Upstairs on the 2nd floor, there are 2 more bedrooms and another full bath with tub and shower unit. The Balcony is large with a table and seating for 4.

Do I have to be a DVC member to stay at Disney Old Key West Villas?
DVC members get the first choice when making reservations at Disney Old Key West Resort. Anything leftover is made available to the general public and can be booked with Disney or through our Reservations with Hotels.com or Expedia.
Is parking free at the Old Key West Villas?
DVC (Disney Vacation Club) members do not have to pay a parking fee when staying at their Disney Old Key West Villas. However, if you are booking online and are not a DVC member, you will pay the fee of overnight parking for a Deluxe Disney Resort.
How does check-in work at the Disney Old Key West Villas?
Online check-in starts up to 10 days prior to your stay at the Old Key West Villas and is available through the Disney MyExperience App or Online Disney Experience. After you get logged in, click the reservation you made for your Disney Old Key West Villa and start the check-in process. Once completed, you will be notified when your Villa is ready. Show up, and use a magic band or mobile device to gain entry to your room.
Check-in is also available at the counter located in the lobby of the Old Key West Resort.
What time is Check-in/Check-out at the Old Key West Villas?
Check-in at begins at 4 PM on your arrival date and Check-out is 11 AM on your departure date. To be more efficient, most guests use the Disney MyExperience App allowing you to check-in up to 10 days before your visit.
What transportation options are available?

What are the Pools like at Old Key West?
The Sandcastle Pool with its 126 foot water slide gets the most attention but there are 3 additional quiet pools located around the resort.
