What sets the CoCo Key Resort apart is its ingenious canopy-covered space surrounding the water park from three sides and overhead. In fact, the CoCo Key Hotel proudly stands as the sole Orlando haven to offer an Indoor (Partially Covered) Water Park, adding an outstanding touch to your getaway.

Indoor Oasis: The Partially Enclosed Pools

Experience the appeal of an indoor escape at Coco Keys Water Resort Orlando’s enclosed pools. Situated beneath a “mostly” covered canopy, this is as close as you’ll come to an indoor pool experience. The expansive area features two (2) pools. In fact, there are two unique spaces under the canopy. The Minnows Lagoon is a smaller kid’s area with water slides, perfectly sized for them to enjoy.

A zero-entry feature also makes getting in and out of the pool safer. The Coral Reef Pool is mostly covered but has a section extending to the outdoors. Older kids will like this pool with two (2) twisting water slides. Each water park space creates an ideal shelter to keep your kids from the heat of the Orlando sun. If the sun’s warmth beckons, you need only step through the expansive opening to access the thrilling outdoor water park adventures.

Minnows Lagoon – Indoor Splashing Fun for the Smaller Kid

Minnows Lagoon is designed to provide an exciting and safe water wonderland for children under 36 inches tall. This lovely space features smaller-sized water slides and a captivating mushroom fountain for kids and their parents. The water’s depth ranges from zero to three feet, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for young explorers.

• Designed for children under 36 inches.
• Four Water Slides: Three (3) slides are set up side by side, and kids can race to the bottom; the other is a single gentle slide into the shallow water.
• Playful mushroom fountains perfect for smaller ones.
• Water depth ranges from zero to three feet and is gently sloping.
• No height requirement; riders must be under 200 lbs.
• An adult should accompany weak or non-swimmers.
• It is recommended that guests under 48 inches, and weak swimmers, wear provided life vests.

• Multiple locations to access the pool. Stairs are available in the pool’s 3-foot shallow end, middle, and 5-foot deep end.
• Chair lift accessible in the shallower section.
• Water depth ranges from 3 feet to 5 feet.
• Height requirement for Cyclone: 48 inches.
• Weight limit: 300 lbs.

Parrot’s Perch: Kid-Friendly Outdoor Water Fun

Parrot’s Perch is the ultimate outdoor splash zone for kids looking for endless fun. A colorful area offering a duo of side-by-side toddler slides and three (3) larger water slides. Look out above as an enormous water dumping bucket prepares to splash hundreds of gallons of water on guests walking and playing below. An array of interactive spaces for climbing and staying soaked by water fountains, water sprayers, and sprinklers, creating a special zone of endless fun at CoCo Key Water Resort Orlando.

Over The Falls Body Slide

• Take a slide along the twists and turns on this four-and-a-half-story drop to the private splash zone below.
• Maximum water depth is 1 foot.
• Riders must be at least 40 inches tall.
• Riders cannot exceed 300 lbs.

Boomerango

• Join in on the excitement with Boomerango, a thrilling ride for two. Watching others climb the wall and head to the splash zone is exhilarating. Just wait until you get in the double tube at the top, preparing to speed down flumes into a massive slide wall, soaring high up one side and then the other.
• Maximum water depth is 1 foot.
• Riders must be at least 48 inches tall.
• Riders cannot weigh more than 400 lbs.

Surfer Splash

• The daring climb to the top prepared to tackle the twists and drops of the Surfer Splash tube slide.
• Single or double riders allowed.
• Maximum water depth is 1 foot.
• Single riders must be at least 42 inches tall.
• Single riders cannot be over 200 lbs, and double riders cannot be over 400 lbs.

Quieter Outdoor Pool

Escape the water park hoopla for a while and discover the more quiet (typically) outdoor pool situated behind the check in building at the CoCo Key Water Park Orlando.

This pool offers a break from the standard Water Park noise and Excitement, where you can unwind and bask in the Florida sun. Get your favorite adult beverage from the pool bar and enjoy your time lounging for a while.

Hot Tub

A large outdoor hot tub is located at the Quiet pool. The Hot Tub is provided for adults and is only for guests staying at the CoCo Key Water Resort.
