What about transportation to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure?
A shuttle is not offered as complimentary or as part of the Resort fee to take you to Universal Orlando's Theme Parks or City Walk. Uber is always an options and might be the least expensive while the Taxi service in Orlando is provided by Mears transportation for an extra added fee.

How far away is MCO Airport? Is there a free shuttle from the Airport?
The drive from MCO (Orlando International Airport) is 18 miles and will take nearly 25 minutes to travel by car. Shuttle service is not provided for free from the Hilton Palace Hotel Buena Vista Resort.
