Outdoor Pools at the Hyatt Regency Orlando Convention Center
How many pools are at the Hyatt Regency Orlando on International Drive? There are 3 Outdoor Heated Pools for you to enjoy. The main Grotto Pool is huge and has so many features for the whole family. This is not your typical, rectangular, bare-bones pool, it is a free-form design with a large zero-entry access point and surrounded by the beauty of palm trees and lush greenery. You might not expect to find an Oasis in the middle of all the high-rise buildings but you certainly have found one at the Convention Center Hyatt Regency.
Water Slide
A large twisting water slide is located at the main Grotto Pool. Kids and adults alike will enjoy hours of fun sliding in to the somewhat privat splash area.
Pool Hours:
The Grotto Pool and the Terrace Pool ar both open Daily from 7am – 11pm.
Kiddie Pool
A Shallow Kiddie Pool is located just on the other side of the large Grotto Pool. Zero Entry makes it easy for the little ones to get in and out of the pool and the shallowness of the pool gives you peace of mind while they play. Plenty of seating waits for you to enjoy some shade while your toddlers splash around and stay cool.
Kiddie Pool
The large family pool has multiple gentle sloping entrances and also have fun bubbling fountains for the kids to play in.
Waterfall
On one end of the large outdoor pool you will see a big rock formation with a continuously flowing waterfall feature.
Hot Tubs
You can find a Hot Tub at each of the main pools around the Hyatt Regency Orlando. At the Grotto Pool you will find one off to the right side of the Waterfall and at the more quiet lap pool, a huge whirlpool tub is found off to the side of the pool.
Cabanas
For your enjoyment and pampering, Cabanas are available for rent at both pool locations. There are 5 Cabanas at the Family Grotto Pool and 3 at the Rooftop lap pool. You can rent cabanas for a half-day or the full day. Since there are only a few, be sure to rent early if you are interested in having one.
Terrace Pool
A more quiet and relaxing Pool area is the Terrace Pool. This pool is huge with full Olympic length laps.
Coconuts
Enjoy Dining around the pool without having to leave the warmth of the sun at Coconuts Bar and Grille. Wonderful appetizers and sandwiches are served along with your favorite beverages.
