The luxury hotel is full of large suites, or Condos, to give you large amounts of space to relax and take in all of the fun and family activities you enjoy in Orlando Fl. The resort itself is spread across 5 large buildings having a total of 496 1, 2, 3, and 4 Bedroom Suites. On top of having a huge amount of space, the recreation is perfect for large family groups, with 2 pools and a large Pirate ship in one end of the waters for kids to spend hours of time on.

From a 1 Bedroom Suite that sleeps 4 in a total of 800 Square Feet to a 4 Bedroom / 4 Bathroom Suite accommodating 10 guests with ease in 1,800 square feet, it is easy to see why this would be a great option for any size family. Pros:
As you read through the reviews of the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village, keep in mind that when you book, you have the option of booking directly with an owner or the property itself. If you decide you want to book with an owner, there is no guarantee that everything will be up to date. Make sure you do your homework first and know what you are getting before you apply the money to your stay. Many of the guests that do book through the Resort mention how wonderful the stay is and that the pool area is so much fun for the kids.
Cons:
Again, you will notice that some of the bad experiences guests have come from renting from an individual and not the resort itself. I would probably say the one thing that guests complain about more than anything is the hard beds. This is seen through comments on both sides, whether it was someone who loved their stay or ones who did not care much for it at all. Another reason I would call these Condos and not Suites; the maid service is extra. If you are planning to stay for a week or longer, it might be worth having the cleaning crew come in mid-week even if it does cost a little more. Some guests have complained about the complimentary transportation to Disney.

Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores across the street
If shopping is what you are looking for, the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village in Orlando Fl is a great place to stay. Directly across the parking lot, literally a stone’s throw away is a grouping of Factory Stores. From Aeropostale, Famous Footwear, Nike, and Dress Barn, these and plenty of others are within walking distance to take care of that shopping fix you have been missing. Don’t worry kids, while Mom is out shopping, just hang out by the Pirate Ship and have some water fun.
Fireworks?
Ask for a Fireworks view and a high level floor. The Lake Buena Vista Resort Village is a few miles away from Disney but it is still a nice view of the Fireworks from your Balcony.
