There is no reason you should ever feel cramped when staying at one of the 1, 2, or 3 bedroom Villas at Mystic Dunes Resort in Orlando. If you have a small family, the 1 bedroom unit might be sufficient. If you are traveling with extended family or friends, a 3 Bedroom Villa that sleeps up to 12 guests might be a much better option. Whatever size you need, you should be able to find it while staying in one of the Mystic Dunes Villas. Mystic Dunes Villa Amenities, Layouts and Floorplans

1 Bedroom Standard Villa

The one bedroom standard villa is a perfect option if you are looking for the most economical stay. It gives you access to all of the amenities on the property. This 500 Square foot Villa has a private bedroom and sleeps 4 with a pull out sleeper sofa in the living area. The One Bedroom Standard Villa is the only Villa that does not come with a full size Kitchen. The kitchenette is small and has a mini-refrigerator, microwave and a cook-top. Our one bedroom deluxe, two bedroom, and 3 bedroom villas have washers/dryers.

1 Bedroom Deluxe Villa

There is quite a difference between the standard and deluxe villas. The Deluxe 1 Bedroom Villa at Mystic Dunes is 400 sq. ft. larger than the standard version. This gives you a full 1,050 square feet of space in your Villa. This additional space gives you room for a full kitchen with large appliances and everything you need to prepare a meal. The Master Suite has a King Bed and a connection to the Bath as well as the Patio. The bath is larger with a garden tub. The dining room is located off of the kitchen and has 6 chairs. The Living Room has a sleeper sofa making it easy for a family of 4 to enjoy their stay. The Balcony on each of these units is large enough to dine in the morning or just sit out and enjoy a cup of coffee.

2 Bedroom Standard Villa

Do you have more than 4 in your family? Would you rather have a private room and an extra bathroom for the kids? If so, either of the 2 Bedroom Villas should fit the bill. The Two Bedroom Standard Villa is 1,445 square feet overall. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed and access to the Patio. The Master Bath comes with an in-room garden tub. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and the Living Room hosts a Sleeper sofa. A full-size kitchen comes fully equipped with the 2 Bedroom Villas and there is also a Dining Room with seating for 6. A Private Patio or Balcony is right off of the Living Room. Laundry facilities are included in each of the 2 Bedroom Villas.

3 Bedroom Standard Villa

For the largest space available at the Mystic Dunes Resort, take a look at the 3 Bedroom Standard Villa. This space is huge with a total of 2,077 square feet. The 3 Bedroom consists of a 2 Bedroom and a 1 Bedroom standard joined together. Adding these 2 Villas together gives you a total space to accommodate up to 12 guests in one location and still have the privacy to get away if needed.
