The large free-form outdoor pool has a big section with zero-entry access making it easy for little ones to get in and out of the pool. Two Water Slides are located to the side of the pool, one is an open flume type and the other is an enclosed body slide. These are large slides the whole family will enjoy for hours and have a separate splashdown area from the main pool to keep everyone safe. The pool overlooks a beautiful lake with continuous fountain flowing in the center. There is plenty of seating for all guests.

Located a few miles south-east of Disney World and less than a half-mile from Old Town, a stay at the Regal Oaks Resort Kissimmee CLC is just far enough away to get some much-needed privacy from all of the daytime crowds. It is also easy to get around since it is only about 1.5 miles from Interstate 4. The CLC Regal Oaks Resort sits on a lake with the beauty of Florida surrounding every Townhome on the property. The large pool is perfect for large families having a zero-entry access point and 2 fun water slides.

You will not be staying in a stuffy hotel room if you book the Regal Oaks Resort Accommodations. Each of the 2, 3 or 4 bedroom Town-homes are roomy enough for even the largest family to comfortably enjoy. Each of these Villas has a full kitchen with large appliances, multiple bathrooms making it easy to get ready in the morning, and a sunroom with a large 2 person hot tub. Once you stay at one of the large Townhouses, you will have a hard time settling for something smaller in the future.

Pros:
It is hard to find a review where guests don't praise the Regal Oaks Resort CLC World in Kissimmee. Most of the guests talk fondly of the amount of space in each of the townhomes. They also enjoy the large kitchen and up to date decor throughout the entire property. The pool area with water slides is pointed out as being very clean and also plenty of seating is available for guests to enjoy.
Cons:
Even at such a low percentage of "below average" reviews, you will still find some shortcomings to any property. On more than one occasion, guests complain about the cleaning fee charged if you do not stay for at least 5 days. This is clearly stated on the Regal Oaks Resort website but some of the 3rd party sites don't show it as prominently and it can easily be missed. Be sure to note, if you stay for less than 5 days, you will incur a cleaning fee for your stay.
