Though it is a true fact, the SpringHill Suites Orlando Marriott Village, would not really be considered a Water Park Hotel, it does have a lot of features worth mentioning and technically it has a small kids splash park. The outdoor pool is heated and the hot tob is an enjoyable place for the adults to relax and talk while the kids are off playing. The Marriott Village is made up of a total of three (3) hotels including the Courtyard and Fairfield Inn. The amenities are shared between all 3 of these locations making the other pools, even the Indoor/Outdoor pool at the Courtyard, accessible to all guests expanding the amount of water fun you are able to share.
Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel
All of the Hotels in the Orlando Marriott Village are part of the Walt Disney World Good Neighbor program. What does that mean exactly? Probably the most beneficial reason for staying at a Good Neighbor Hotel would be the complimentary Disney World Theme Park shuttle that takes you to the parks and back to your hotel. Check with the front desk to get the schedule times as these might change throughout the year.
Close to everything Disney
Being close to all that Disney has to offer, can be a wonderful experience and the SpringHill Suites Lake Buena Vista Marriott Village is right in the thick of it all.
Marriott Village SpringHill Suites Accommodations
Each of the Suites at SpringHill Marriott Village is considered Studio's because there is not a door between the living area and the bedroom. True, this will cut down on the adult's privacy a bit, but there is a partial wall between the sleeper sofa and the main bed. The kitchenette area has a microwave, mini-fridge and small counter and sink.

Pros:
Many of the guests staying at the SpringHill Marriott Village in Orlando like having the extra space. The staff is amicable and the Breakfast is said to be pretty significant considering it is included with your stay. The rooms are clean, and the bed is mentioned as being comfortable by guests. It is close to Disney Springs and having a shuttle to take you to the Disney Parks is worth the stay.
Cons:
Parking is an additional fee per night so be sure to add this to your costs when booking. The shuttle is nice to have but is limited compared to staying at one of the Disney Resorts. A few who visited felt that the rooms were a little tired and could use some updating. The hotel seems to be geared mostly for families but it the Studio with the desk worked well for a business trip.

The SpringHill Suites Lake Buena Vista in Marriott Village is an Official Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel, so the amount of fun things to do is almost endless. Just get your tickets to the Theme Parks, hop on the free shuttle and have the time of your life.
