Most everyone enjoys the Disney Typhoon Lagoon Lazy River Castaway Creek because it is so inviting to just relax while you are floating along at your own pace enjoying the beauty of the rock walls and lush greenery that surround you. Grab your tube and hop on in this 2,000 foot ride around the entire Water Park location. Although this is not the longest Lazy River in the World, at over ⅓ of a mile in length, this water ride will take you for a lengthy 20 minute slow ride that will show you all that the park has to offer. There are multiple locations to enter and exit the Lazy River which makes this a fun and easy way to get to the various Water Fun Locations.
A Gentle Floating Ride Through the Tropics
Most Water Parks that you will go to leave the Lazy River out in the open with very little shade around. The Castaway Creek is very different because it has the shade of the Tropical Surroundings to allow you more time to relax during the long ride around the park. In addition to the shade you will find Cavernous areas and many different waterfalls along the path to keep you cool during the floating fun. If you would rather not go through the falls, there is plenty of room to go around them as well.
