The answer to this question: What is the difference between Westgate Vacation Villas and Westgate Town Center Resort? is pretty straight forward but not easily found from Westgate. The Westgate Town Center and Vacation Villas Resort are located on the same property lines, share all of the same amenities and is managed by the same staff.

So, where are the differences?

The Westgate Town Center Resort buildings are the larger, 6 story buildings having up to 4 Bedroom Villas. These larger Villas are able to accommodate up to 16 guests in a single area. You will find many of the Town Center Buildings wrapped around the Ship Wreck Island Water Park.

The Westgate Vacation Villas, on the other hand, are the 2 Story Buildings laid out in various centers around the Resort. This part of the Westgate Resort has Villas up to 2 Bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 guests per Villa.

Dining, Amenities, Water Park

There is a fee to visit the Ship Wreck Water Park for all guests of either resort. The Water Park is only free for Owners. All of the other amenities are available to both Westgate Town Center and Vacation Villa Resort Guests.
