Looking at the Dockside Inn and Suites Map and Directions, you will see the location of the Resort in relation to the Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure Theme Parks. This Universal Endless Summer Resort is very close to I-4 and just off of Universal Blvd. A large pond is located across the street but this water does not connect to the water taxi system provided by Universal Orlando.
Transporation and Walking from the Dockside Inn
What a great, Universal Value Resort. A stay at the Universal Dockside Inn and Suites puts you within walking distance of Universal Orlando and Islands of Adventure. The walk is not as close as the other Universal Resorts and you do have to cross over I-4 by the Universal Blvd Bridge but it can be done. If you decide to walk to Universal Orlando, it is about 1.2 miles away. Most guests would rather use the Shuttle Bus service that picks us between the two towers of the Dockside Inn and Suites. The Busses come every 15 minutes or so and are a very efficient way to get to the Theme Parks as well as Volcano Bay Water Park.

- Get on FL-528 W/FL-528 Toll W from Jeff Fuqua Blvd
- Use the left 2 lanes to merge onto I-4 W toward Tampa
- Use the right lane to take exit 75A toward FL-435 S
- Turn right onto Universal Blvd
- Pass through the International Dr Intersection
