The Flamingo Resort in Orlando does offer a free shuttle to the Disney Transportation and Ticket Hub. This transportation is provided once a day in each direction. Please check with the front desk on arrival for the latest times and pickup location. Also, book your shuttle early to be certain you have a seat on the bus.
What is the Disney Transportation and Ticket Hub?
The Disney Transportation and Ticket Center is the main location to get you to all of the Disney Parks. Take the Monorail to the Magic Kingdom or Epcot. Jump on the Ferry boat and travel across the lake to the Magic Kingdom or Hop on a bus and head to any Disney Destination including, Hollywood Studios, Animal Kingdom, and Disney Springs. Once you get to the Transportation Center, it is easy to get everywhere else Disney.What about transportation to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure?

How far away is MCO Airport? Is there a free shuttle from the Airport?
MCO (Orlando International Airport) is 17 miles away and takes about 25 minutes to get to the Flamingo Resort. A shuttle is not provided so your best option might be using the Mears Taxi is the primary transportation but Uber is always an alternative.
