If you are looking to keep costs down and do not need all of the amenities that come with a Villa, there are Standard Guest room options also. The 1, 2 and 3 Bedroom Villas are very roomy and each of these dwellings come with a full-size Kitchen, Washer, and Dryer unit and a Patio or Balcony.

Pros:
Marriott does a great job with many of their properties but this one stands out to many of the guests who visit. It is mentioned how wonderful the grounds are kept up and that the pools are clean. The Villas are comfortable, large and clean. Having a kitchen is worth the stay. We loved having the Jacuzzi Tub in our Bathroom for our Romantic Weekend stay. The staff is said to be well trained and polite.
Cons:
Some of the reviews talk about the walls being a little thin and being able to hear your neighbors if they get a little rowdy. A few of the guests say that the rooms are a little "tired". Any time you are staying at a timeshare of any kind, be sure to ask for a newly updated room for your visit.

Fun Things to Do
The Pools and Beach are a great place to spend time but there is more to do at the Grande Vista Marriott. The Marina has paddle-boats to take out on the lake. A kids center is full of fun with a Maze for kids under 52″. Additional Family Sports fun can be had at the Tennis Courts and Volleyball court.

Best Pool for the Kids
The Plaza Del Sol Pool has the best features for the kids with a Zero Entry access area, children’s pool and a small splash zone with fountains and large sprinklers.
