Does the Universal Sapphire Falls Resort have transportation to Universal Studios?
Yes it does!
The Loews Sapphire Falls Resort Shuttle appears in a couple of different fashions, meaning there are a few modes of transportation provided. For the most family fun, take the water taxi, located at the back of the hotel at the dock, to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure or City Walk. Kids think this is a ride in itself and it provides some great scenery along the water. If the weather is bad, the water taxi will be the first service shut down. At this point, you will want to take the bus service to the Universal Orlando bus drop-off. Walking is also nice but understand that this will take about 15 minutes and comes out at Margaritaville in City Walk.
Is it possible to get a shuttle to Disney World?
It is, but it is not free.
Disney is competition for Universal so you can probably understand why transporation is not free. The ticket center in the main lobby at Loews Sapphire Falls will be happy to help arrange transportation though. All you have to do is ask. If you want to take care of this yourself, this can be done through Mears Transportation System or Uber if you would like.
How about SeaWorld, does Sapphire Falls have a shuttle to take you there?
Yes!
It does not pick you up at the Sapphire Falls resort though. Check with the front desk and they can arrange bus transporation from the City Walk location to take you to SeaWorld and Aquatica.
Can a shuttle pick us up at the Orlando International Airport and take us to Sapphire Falls Resort?
Shuttle services can be arranged but none of the options are free.
Here are a list of Loews Royal Pacific Airport Shuttle options:
- Place a call to the Loews Sapphire Falls Concierge and they will help you with this transportation. This is not a free connection and you will be billed extra. The Universal Orlando team uses Destination MCO to book your Shuttle to and from the MCO airport.
- A taxi is always another option. The Mears Transportation System has been offering services in the Orlando area for a very long time and is considered a safe way to travel to the Sapphire Falls Resort.
- If you have every tried Uber, this is another option and could save some money.
What about transportation to the Amway Center?
No
But, you do have some options available. Check with the Concierge and they can arrange transportation or you can call up Uber or Mead Taxi service.
