What is the difference between the Marriott Lakeshore Townhouse and Villas?
That is actually a great question. Each is very elegant and offer a lot of additional space. The Villas are typically a little smaller and are situated on a single floor. The Townhomes give a little more space and will also have an extra bathroom for convenience. The Kitchens in both types of units are up to date with full-size appliances and everything you will need to prepare meals and dine in during your visit. Let’s take a look:
Villas at the Marriott Lakeshore Reserve
Studio with Kitchenette
The King Guestroom or Studio is by far the smallest room you can book at the Marriott Lakeshore Resort. For those looking at the bottom line, this 357 sq ft dwelling should meet most of your needs. The King bed is comfortable and a Sleeper Sofa is in the same room allowing for up to 4 guests to stay. The kitchenette is small but does have a counter with sink and microwave for something quick.

This unit has 3 bathrooms to make it easier to get all 12 ready to go each day.

Each of the Villas come with a large Living Space with Sleeper Sofa and Chairs for Family time together after long fun days at the parks.
Outdoor Space – Private Balcony
Balconies make for a great start or end to the day while sipping coffee and waiting for everyone else to get ready. Each of the Villas have their own private outdoor space.
Bathroom
The larger the Villa, the more Bathrooms you have. It is interesting that none of the Villas or Townhouses come with Jacuzzi Tubs. They do have double vanities and stand up showers.
Laundry
Each of the Villas have a Private Laundry. The Studio does not have any laundry facilities in its unit.
