It is almost expected when you stay at a Universal Resort in Orlando, that the Pool area is going to be amazing. While the Loews Aventura Hotel Universal Orlando Pool is large and very lovely, you might be a little surprised to know, there is not a Water Slide or a Lazy River at the Aventura Hotel. They do have zero-entry access at one of the pool entry points, and the Aventura also has a small kids splash area with multiple pop-up fountains. The seating is pretty incredible with plenty of lounge chairs all around the heated outdoor pool. There is also a large hot tub located just outside of the pool area for the adults to slip in and enjoy.
A couple of Water Park thoughts
Did you know that the Volcano Bay Water Park is, just steps away from Universal’s Aventura Hotel? If you have paid for your pass to get into Volcano Bay, you will have access to wonderful water slides, wave pools and a couple of lazy rivers. Another idea is to go next door to the sister property and use the Sapphire Falls Resort Pool and Water Slide. The water slide is great, and the pool area is wonderful.

Outdoor Pool
Walking out from the back of the Aventura Hotel you will see the large curved pool with multiple entry points, one of which is a zero-entry. Water fountains continually flow creating an arc of water at multiple locations around the pool making a neat effect. Large, towering palm trees surround the pool to create an oasis of luxury and tropical fun.
Zero-Entry
The outdoor pool has a zero-entry point making it easy to gently get into the pool for those who need it.
Kids Splash Area
Beside the outdoor pool, kids can splash and play at the splash pad with pop-up water jets.
Hot Tub
A large hot tub is located at the backside of the pool with plenty of room for a few adults to enjoy.
