Go ahead, schedule that romantic time away and let the staff worry about your kids for an evening.
Business Center
A Full Business Center with Copier, Fax, Packaging, Mail, Secretarial Services, Cell phone and Laptop Rental, Office Supplies and Computer and Internet Access are available to you during your stay. They do have an additional fee associated with them but if you are in a pinch, you can get it done without leaving the resort.
Concierge Desk
Visit the Concierge Service Area in the Lobby to get help with purchasing any of the Theme Park Tickets that you would like to visit. They can also make dinner reservations and get show seats as well.

Staying at a resort of this caliber usually means that you have to leave “Spot” at home. That is not the case when you stay at this resort. There are boundaries for keeping your pet with you but it can be a great experience.

You must take time to visit the wonderful Italian Restaurant Mama Dell’s Ristorante while you are at this resort. “Mama” will make you feel like you are family when you sit down to enjoy authentic food from Tuscany, Naples and Peimonte. There is also a large wine list to select just the right wine with your meal. If you are not sure what to choose, ask one of the staff and they will gladly help you with your decision.

Just like you would find in the heart of Italy, this wonderful restaurant offers seating inside and outside and has a great menu to choose from. Universal Theme Park Benefits
One of the great things you get when you stay on one of the Universal Resort Properties is the Unlimited Express Pass. If you look at how much this saves and what you actually get from this, it really puts your stay in a better perspective. You still have to buy the park passes to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure but if you have ever been to one of the Parks in Orlando during peak season, you realize that it would be wonderful to have faster access to the rides. The Unlimited Express Pass gives you this option. The great thing is, you get the Express pass starting the day you arrive and it lasts until you check out on your last day. I also found out that if you want to go to the parks earlier than your check-in time, you can go to the front desk and request your passes early. This allows you to use the Express even before you have access to your accommodation. That is hard to beat. The other thing to factor in is the actual cost. Express passes can cost up to $89 per person per day. If you look at what it would cost a family of 4 to add express passes each day to their trip, it would cost an additional $356.00. Take that off of the cost you pay for your stay and the cost of staying on-site drops dramatically. Let’s take a look at what you get with these benefits.
Skip Regular Lines
Why stand in line with everyone else. As long as you have your regular passes, the Express Passes give you the fastest access through the lines so you can enjoy all of your rides more times throughout the day.
Early Park Admission
This is one of the best perks of staying on a Universal Property. You get to enter the parks 1 full hour before the general public is allowed in. Think about how much you can do in the park when no one else is around. You might even go over each morning to look around while nobody else is in the park.
Complimentary Shuttle
As a guest of the property, you automatically have free access to the Universal Transportation system. This allows you to travel to and from the parks on the water taxi system or on the Shuttle Bus.
Charge with your room key
You don’t have to be concerned with carrying cash or credit cards around on your trip. Your room key does it all. Any merchandise that you find, just charge it to your room and pay for it later.
Character Dining
You might not be interested in the Character Dining Experience but chances are, you kids will be. The kids will be talking all year about who they ate with at dinner.
