Pros:
The Positive reviews at the Ritz-Carlton are almost overwhelming with glowing responses of the staff, the luxury of the rooms and the beauty of the grounds. The pools are amazing and our kids loved the ability to head over to the JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes and spend time at the large Lazy River. The food is the best you will find anywhere. Kid's love the play areas and although this is an upscale resort, the kids find wonderful things to do.
Cons:
There are very few negative reviews but there are a few guests who have had problems with something in the room or a confrontation with someone on staff. The management does a good job of responding to any problems not brought up at the hotel and discussed on TripAdvisor.
