Treehouse Views
Deciding on the view when selecting your Treehouse Villa might be one of the more difficult choices. Many of the Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs Resort are nestled on the banks of the Sassagoula River, giving you the feeling of being on a grand waterfront property while watching the Disney Boat Transportation go by. Golf course views are another option. Disney’s Lake Buena Vista Golf Course runs directly beside the Treehouse Villas and is a great course to play while you are visiting. There are still other Treehouse Villas that have views of the Woodlands that surround the area. Densely wooded forest areas envelop all of the Saratoga Springs Treehouse Villas and offer that great outdoors feel without being far away from all of the fun and action of Disney and the Resort.

You are going to be amazed at the style and luxury of these Treehouse Accommodations. Entering the Forest area, by Disney Vacation Club Way, you first notice that the Treehouse Villas are more secluded than any of the other Villas. As you walk in your Treehouse Villa, you are in for a big surprise. Even after seeing the pictures, it really does not prepare you for the amount of space you will share and the high level of style you will be living in during your stay. With the first step taken inside, you will first notice the openness of the Kitchen and Living Area. The full-size kitchen is first-rate with Granite Counters, a bar area with 3 bar stools and all of the Kitchen items you will need to prepare any type of meal. A large dining table with 6 Chairs add to your dining space and can also be used for family fun, playing games together. Each of the Treehouse Villas has the ability to sleep up to 9 guests. The Master Bedroom has a Queen Size Bed, Flat-screen TV and a Desk, the 2nd bedroom has another Queen Bed and the 3rd Bedroom has twin bunk-beds. The additional three (3) sleeping spaces are found in the Living Area with a Queen Sleeper Sofa and a Twin Sleeper Chair. This gives plenty of space for everyone to get a great nights sleep and take on each of the fun-filled days at the Theme Parks.

Getting to Disney Springs
The Water Taxi is the most convenient way to get around the Saratoga Springs Resort, especially if you are staying in one of the Treehouse Villas. A boat dock is located on the River and will take you to the Resort or even to Disney Springs. There is also a beautiful path that leads from the Treehouses to the main Saratoga Springs Resort.

The Treehouse Villas at Saratoga Springs Resort are hidden away from the rest of the resort in a very densely wooded area along the Sassagoula River. This section of the Resort is easily reached by foot, boat or even Disney bus transportation. The area where the Treehouse Villas are located also has its own Pool for added convenience. If you look at the Disney Saratoga Springs Resort Map, you will see it on the West (left) side.
One and Two Bedroom Villas
The Treehouse Villas are just amazing but they are a little bit expensive to stay in. If you are looking to keep the cost down but still want a Villa with a Kitchen, the Disney Saratoga Springs Villas with 1 and 2 Bedrooms are a great option as well.
