Amenities at Universal’s Cabana Bay
ATM
An ATM is located in the main lobby, beside the main entrance to the Universal Store of the Cabana Bay Resort.
Check-in / Check-Out
the check-in process starts at 4pm each day but they will let you check-in a little earlier if the room is ready. When you get to the front desk, they will get your mobile number and send you a text with your room number when ready. Check-out can be done from your room if you would like.
Concierge Service
The Concierge Desk is always ready to help get you where you need to go and provide essential information about the area. Check on shuttle times to the parks and even get dining setup. The concierge team at the Cabana Bay Resort is excited to make this an enjoyable time for your visit.
Pets
Unfortunately, Pets are not allowed at Universal's Cabana Bay Resort. However, if you need to bring your pet along, check out the Hard Rock Hotel, Sapphire Falls Resort, Portofino Bay Hotel or the Loews Royal Pacific Resort. All of these Universal Resorts allow Pets!
Parking Options
Self-Parking is available at the Cabana Bay Resort and does have a nightly fee so be sure to add this in to your stay when booking.
Universal Store
Look to the left as you walk in the main entrance to the Cabana Bay Resort and you will see a large Universal Store with all of the fun items you can imagine for your trip. If your forget something this is a perfect place to pick it up.
