The Riviera Resort is the 15th Disney Vacation Club property and only has DVC rooms. Guests outside of the DVC program can still book Studios and Villas at the Disney Riviera Resort through 3rd party booking options and with rented points. The Disney Riviera Resort offers five (5) different room layouts and one of them is sure to be a perfect fit.
