Kayak Rentals at the Fort Wilderness Campground & Cabins
Walking up the steps of the Water Slide at the Meadows Pool, you notice some people in boats on the water. What fun that would be. Head over to the Bike Barn in the Meadows Recreation area and you can rent your very own Kayak to take out on the water. Make this a family event and get one for all to enjoy. The views on the quiet waterways are fantastic and gives you a different perspective on the land around you. Look for exotic Florida birds as you float along.

Renting your kayak
Renting is easy. Reservations are not needed so head over to the Meadows and rent from the cast member at the bike barn. Get the latest rates and find out about availability by contacting the Bike Barn at 407-824-2932.
Additional Information
- Location: The Meadows Recreation – Bike Barn Rental Services
- Get in early, there are no reservations and the kayaks are rented on a first-come first served basis.
- Must be 18 or older to rent a kayak
- Hours: 9 am – 5 pm daily
- Maximum Capacity: Up to 2 guests per Kayak
- Life Jackets must be worn and are supplied at time of rental
