Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort Map – Location of the Campground

Part of the fun of staying at the Fort Wilderness Campground or the Cabins at Fort Wilderness is the ability to get away from all of the excitement and take in the beauty of Orlando Florida. This huge, 750-acre property has so much to offer guests who love roughing it in a tent, riding in with a camper or an RV or even those who want to book a Fully Furnished Cabin. Staying at the Fort Wilderness Campground, you truly are in the forest away from the Disney Parks but something fun to do is hop on the Water Taxi and ride over to the Magic Kingdom. Kids love the water taxi and feel it is as much of a ride as anything they will do in the parks. The Maps show how close, but how secluded the Disney Fort Wilderness is. What a fun adventure.

Other things to see

Would you believe there is more to do at the Campground at Disney’s Fort Wilderness than any other Resort at Disney World? Pony Rides, Volleyball, water sports, bike riding, rent a golf cart, two pools with water slides and a kid’s splash park, and the list goes on and on. Even if you are not staying at the Disney Fort Wilderness Resort, you should hop on a boat and check it out. It is amazing.
