ATM
The ATM at the Dockside Inn and Suites is located near the main lobby area.
Check-in / Check-Out
Check-in starts at 4 pm on your arrival date at the Dockside Inn and Suites. If your room is ready early, the front desk will let you know by sending you a message on your mobile device.
Check-out can be done from your room if you would like or on your mobile device. Check-out is at 11 AM on your departure date.
Concierge Service
When you stay at a large resort in Orlando for the first time, you might need some help getting around or have questions answered. Head over to the Concierge Desk and you will find a Universal employee ready to help. Get Shuttle information, set up a dining reservation, or just find out information about the area.
Pets
Pets are not allowed at Universal's Endless Summer Resort Dockside Inn and Suites. If you really want to bring your dog with you, some of the Universal Resorts allow pets. Check out the Hard Rock Hotel, Sapphire Falls Resort, Portofino Bay Hotel or the Loews Royal Pacific Resort if you would like to bring your pet.
Parking Options
Self-Parking is available at the Dockside Inn and Suites. There is an additional nightly charge for parking so be sure to include this cost in your daily stay to get your budget worked out properly.

EV charging stations are available and located in the Garage at the Dockside Inn and Suites.
Universal Store
The Dockside Inn and Suites has Merchandise specific to its Resort in the Universal Store just off of the main lobby. Grab that souvenir to remember your trip or some small items you might need for the park or the pool.

Do you need tickets to Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, or Volcano Bay? A kiosk is located in the lobby of the Dockside Inn and Suites and you can also go to the ticket counter to get help on the best price to the parks.
