Liki Tiki Village is a Condo Style resort with 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units set in a Polynesian style setting. The biggest draw to the resort for most families is the amenities and water park. Multiple water slides and splash areas will keep the kids happy and busy during your visit.

Accommodations at the Liki Tiki Village include 1, 2, and 3 Bedroom Condo Living, with ample room to spread out and live in a spacious setting. The 3 bedroom units are made up by joining a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom condo together. When joining these two units, you can sleep up to 10 guests in the 3-Bedroom Condo. Great for large families or even a small group. Each of the condos has a fully equipped kitchen. The Master Bedroom has an in-room Garden tub for better relaxation after a day at the parks.

Pros:
Many of the guests talk about how much the kids enjoy the Water Park features at the Liki Tiki Village in Orlando. It is also mentioned how nice it is to be away from the middle of Disney World when you want to have some downtime. Having a kitchen and extra space is nice for a family. Be sure to use the amenities since you are paying the daily resort fee.
Cons:
Other guests mention the pools and water park area are overcrowded during peak season. Some also mention the condo they stayed in need of updates and renovations. Remember, this is a timeshare location, that being the case, you will read about guests complaining about the presentation and the amount of time to go through this process. If you are not interested in viewing the property, just tell them you are not interested.
