Rock n’ Roll!
A guitar sent to your room, what? A little known fact about staying at the Hard Rock Hotel at Universal Orlando is, they have an option where you can have an electric guitar delivered to your room so you can have your very own jam session (with headphones of course). No where else I know of has this as a room option and is a unique experience to say the least. Keeping on track with the music theme, the Pool at the Hard Rock Hotel is equipped with an underwater sound system. As you dive under the water, you continue to hear the Rock n’ Roll beat. Oh, and by the way, a long winding water slide is located at the main pool. A Taste of Italy
Maybe a little more than a taste, how about the whole meal! Floating boats in the harbor, old European architecture and fantastic dining are just a few of the items that make the Universal Orlando Portofino Bay Resort stand out. Walk through the streets of a small Italian village and get some coffee or your favorite drink while looking over the bay with small boats bobbing in the water. Take a stroll through the gardens and open areas with spledorous greenery spaces and flowering plants. Families love the main pool with 140 foot water slide built to look like a Roman aquaduct system. A splash area with multiple fountains keep the kids entertained and cool in the Florida sun. Elegant Rooms and Suites make for a very comfortable stay and if you have kids, you might want to look at staying in the Despicable Me suite where they can scheme with the Minions about their next diabolical plan.
