Walt Disney World Swan Resort

Beautiful, lush and well-groomed, the Walt Disney World Swan Hotel was built on Crescent Lake along with many other Disney World Deluxe Resorts like; Disney Beach Club Resort, Disney Yacht Club Resort and the Disney Boardwalk Inn. As you look out across Cresent Lake from the Disney World Swam Resort, you will also see her sister hotel, the Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel. Walking along the path that connects the Dolphin and the Swan Resort, you will notice a dock on one side giving your family access to the Disney Water Taxi system. This water taxi is used to get guests to and from the Disney Epcot, Hollywood Studios Theme Park, and the other Disney World Deluxe Resorts surrounding Crescent Lake. Even though the Walt Disney World Swan Resort is not managed by Disney, it still comes with most of the conveniences and perks that you would find at any of the Disney World Resorts.

Walt Disney World Swan Resort Reviews

What a great location. The Disney World Swan Resort is right in the middle between Hollywood Studios and Epcot, not to mention you are within walking distance of the Disney Beach and Yacht Club. The Resort itself is very clean and the rooms are very nice. Ask for a room on an upper floor to get the best views. Transportation is fantastic since Disney Transportation will take you to any of the Disney Parks. The water taxi will take you to Epcot or Hollywood Studios.

While we liked the staff at the Swan Resort, the additional fees are hard to swallow. Parking on top of the Resort Fee plus very expensive meals adds up to a much more expensive stay than the original price tag suggests. The pools are nice but were not as warm as we thought they would be.
