The truth of the matter is, there are a number of fantastic pools at each level. Depending on what you are looking for, your kids will have a blast at any of them. If you stay at a Value Resort you will not have any Water Slides or a Lazy River. Move up to the Moderate Resorts and you will have at least a water slide and maybe a kids splash park. Top Deluxe Pools at Disney World Resorts
Yacht & Beach Club Pool Information:

They are sister properties and share full access to the Storm-along Bay Water Park. Since both of these locations are Deluxe Disney Resorts, it really comes down to which theme you want to stay at. The Yacht Club has an upscale feel of visiting Martha’s Vineyard while the Beach Club has an Eastern Shore upscale Beach vibe. Both offer amazing rooms and suites and are placed right on Crescent Lake with Water Taxi access to both Epcot and Hollywood studios. The Uzima Pool, located at the front of the Animal Kingdom Lodge Jamba House, is a massive 11,000 sq ft water play area complete with a 67 foot water slide. On the other side of the Resort, the Sumawati Springs Pool is a little smaller but has a 128 foot water slide. Kids will play for hours at the Sumawati Pool, having a kids splash area with plenty of fun sprinklers.
