Sitting on Bay Lake, right across from the Seven Seas Lagoon, the Disney Wilderness Lodge Map shows this one of a kind resort is located just across from the Magic Kingdom Theme Park. Hopping with some of the most famous Disney resorts in the area, like the Disney Contemporary Resort and the Disney Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, the Wilderness Lodge is in the midst of greatness. Although the Monorail does not have the Wilderness Lodge as one of its stops, you can see the large track and maybe catch a glimpse of this Disney Icon as you enter your resort. If you are interested in staying at one of the Disney Resorts on the Monorail there are some wonderful options to choose from.
Getting to the Wilderness Lodge in Disney World
Jump on World Drive, and head south for a couple of miles and you will be right on top of Epcot. The Disney Wilderness Lodge is in a great location, right in the middle of all the Disney Action. Disney transportation is always provided for its guests and staying at the Disney Wilderness Resort gives you the option of jumping on one of the nice, air-conditioned Disney Buses or taking a water taxi to the Magic Kingdom. If you decide that you would like to take an adventure to the Harry Potter world during your stay, this is located at the Universal Theme Parks about 30 minutes drive from your location.
