In a great location with easy access to all of the Orlando Theme Parks, the Grande Villas Resort Orlando Fl is a wonderful option for families wanting that extra space on vacation. Disney Springs is only a few minutes away and Universal Orlando is about a 15-minute drive to the north. Having almost immediate access to Interstate 4 is what makes this property a prime location. Shuttle service is not provided from the Grande Villas Resort so be sure to make other traveling plans if you are going to the parks.
Grande Villas Resort Accommodations
If extra space is what you require, a stay at the Grande Villas Resort in Orlando has a few different Family Friendly options. The least expensive room to book would be the Deluxe Studio, with a single King bed and a Sleeper Sofa. The Studio comes with a smaller efficiency kitchen but is large enough to prepare small meals if you would like. Stepping up to the 1 Bedroom Villa gains additional space but also privacy with a private Master Bedroom with a Queen bed and a Living Room with Sleeper Sofa. The 1 and 2 Bedroom Villas come with a fully equipped larger kitchen. The 2 Bedroom Villa adds another room with 2 twin beds and larger living space. Each of the units has a nice size Garden Tub making this a perfect place to relax after a long day of walking.

Pros:
Many of the guests staying at the Grande Villas Resort in Orlando have been really impressed and the reviews stand by that. It is mentioned multiple times how polite the staff are and how clean the rooms are. The central location makes this a perfect place to stay if you do not want to stay at one of the Disney Resort properties. The Kitchens are well equipped and have everything we need to prepare meals. Our kids loved the pools. It is great how close this resort is to Interstate-4 making it very easy to get to Disney or Universal.
Cons:
The biggest negative type of review that stands out when you read through them is probably the Timeshare sales. It seems that they might call you on occassion during your stay to try and get you to do the timeshare routine. Some guests also ran in to some cleaning issues or something that needed to be fixed but they are hard pressed to find.

Fun Things to Do
Since the amenities are shared between the Grande Villas and the Cypress Pointe Resort, even though it might make for some additional walking, you will find plenty of things to do. A half-size basketball court and full-size tennis court can be found near the check-in building of Cypress Point. A kid’s playground gives the little ones a place to climb around and play. There is also a game room/arcade for those potential rainy days when you are looking for something inside to do.
Pets
