The Residence Inn Flamingo Crossing is not a Water Park Hotel, but it does have a very nice pool area for families. You will not find additional fun items like a water slide or a lazy river. The pool is very nice, with flowing fountains that continuously run through the day, keeping you cool. There is also a nice seating area around the edge of the pool to stay cool even if you don't want to be completely immersed in the water. The lounge chairs and regular chairs with tables are plentiful and umbrellas will help to keep you in the shade on those really hot Florida days. A wide sun deck is provided for enough space to lay out but for others to walk around without being in your private space.

Just outside of Walt Disney World, to the west by only a few minutes, the Residence Inn at Flamingo Crossing delivers a Suite stay for you and your family. Situated in the Flamingo Crossing area, a stay at the Residence Inn surrounds you with great amenities such as a Target, CVS, Walgreens, a few restaurants, and a Starbucks coffee. Not only do you have great conveniences nearby, but the drive to Disney World also is fairly short and can place you in the heart of Disney in around 10-15 minutes. The closest Disney Theme Park to the Residence Inn Flamingo would be the Animal Kingdom. Bring your family for a trip to Orlando and stay just outside of the fast-paced setting at Disney in Flamingo Crossing. No matter what room you book at the Flamingo Crossing Residence Inn, you will be staying in a well appointed suite. Starting with the Studio Suite, with 440 square feet of space, a comfortable King bed, and a full kitchen is a nice way to stay in Orlando. A studio is a perfect option for up to two (2) guests. If you need more space, you can book one of the One (1), or Two (2) Bedroom Suites. Having a full kitchen in all of the suites presents you with that wonderful feeling of staying at home. In the more extensive suites, the living space is a fabulous addition and delivers a spot to unwind, watch your favorite show, and have splendid family time together. /p>

Pros:
Guests who stay in the Residence Inn at Flamingo Crossing like how close it is to Disney and especially the Animal Kingdom Park. Having a suite with a kitchen makes everything feel more like home and is so much better than a standard hotel room. The pool is nice with fountains continuously spraying from the sides. The staff is mentioned as being personable and helpful. The included morning breakfast is very nice as well.
Cons:
There are not many negative reviews, but there are a few guests who have mentioned the water temperature in the shower not being very hot and does not last very long. Also, some through the breakfast were just standard and were not staffed properly for the weekend crowds.
