If you are interested in staying in one of the Swan Reserve Suites, there are a number of options to choose from. From a Junior Suite with a larger bathroom and more expansive living space than the Traditional Rooms, to a One or Two Bedroom Suite, you are sure to find just the right size accommodations for your next trip to Disney World. The most difficult part of making your Reservation for a Suite, is determining what you desire for your stay. All of the Suites at the Swan Reserve have a very contemporary feel to them and also have great spaces to make your stay more comfortable.

It’s all about the view

There are almost as many Suites at the Swan Reserve as there are Traditional Rooms. Having 151 suites, there is sure to be one to fit what you need. Some of the most coveted suites in the building are on the upper floors. Since there are 15 floors at the Walt Disney World Swan Reserve, the upper floors lend themselves to amazing views of the Disney World area. This is completely up to you though. Booking a Suite with a view of Hollywood Studios is fun but if you get one with a view of Epcot, you get to watch the fireworks right from your floor-to-ceiling windows. Be sure to look at the optional views when reserving your suite, this might be the best decision you can make.

Swan Reserve Junior Suite

Stepping up from one of the Traditional Rooms can be exciting. Junior Suites would be the next level as they provide additional space in the Bedroom and Living area but also awesome Bathroom space. While the Traditional Rooms are an ample 330 square feet, the Junior Suite adds 95 sq ft giving you a total of 425 square feet of space to move around. Some of this space is used as a corner area with a table and 2 chairs, a couple of additional closets, and the bathroom.

Room Amenities

Junior Suites come with a King Bed, sleeper sofa, comfortable chair, and table with 2 chairs. Although these Suites are larger than the Traditional Rooms, they only accommodate 3 guests. Rollaway beds are not permitted in a Junior Suite. Where the Junior Suite really stands out, is the Bathroom. The Bathroom is separated into 2 sections with one area having a sink and toilet and the other another sink and shower unit. This makes getting ready for your day much easier. Rooms also come equipped with a mini-refrigerator and a coffee maker.

Swan Reserve 1-Bedroom Suite

Once you move up to the 1 Bedroom Suite at the Swan Reserve, it will be difficult to step back to something smaller. Having 2 separate rooms, the 1 Bedroom Suite offers complete privacy for the parents at the end of the day. Think of leaving the kids in the living area with a sleeper sofa and you heading off to a quiet night sleep with a sense of privacy. Ahh, that sounds wonderful, doesn’t it? With a full 610 square feet, you also get a lot of extra space to spread out. Bathrooms in the 1 Bedroom Suite are similar to the Junior Suite in that they come with 2 separate spaces and 2 sinks.

Living Room

The Living Rooms have great additional space with a sleeper sofa and a large occasional chair. A large dining table is wonderful for sharing meals or playing games together as a family.

Bathroom

The bathroom in the One Bedroom Suite has a separation between the sink and toilet and another sink and shower unit in the other space. Getting ready with 4 people is difficult in a small space so this helps by allowing multiple people to get ready at the same time.

Swan Reserve 2-Bedroom Suite

Staying in a 2 Bedroom Suite opens up many possibilities. With 940 square feet, there is enough space to sleep up to 8 guests. Two Bedroom Suites are made up of a 1 Bedroom Suite and a Traditional Room. This gives you one bedroom with a King Bed, a second bedroom with 2 Queen beds, and a living space with a sleeper sofa.
