Rooms at the Polynesian Resort
Continuing the flow of the Island theme, guests staying in any of the Rooms at the Disney Polynesian Resort are in for a real treat. Each of the guest rooms come with either a King or two Queen beds in a 415 square foot space. Closet space is maximized with 2 floor to ceiling closets to hang all of your clothes. The bathrooms are a nice size with double sinks and a tub shower unit but the standard guest rooms do not separate this space making it more difficult for multiple visitors to efficiently use the bathroom space. The double queen rooms come with a sleeper sofa that uniquely folds out into a twin bed giving you ample space for that 5th person.
Suites at the Polynesian
Upgrades are definitely available and booking a Disney Polynesian Resort Suite is an upgrade for sure. The room size and layout is about the same as the standard rooms but the amenities are so much nicer. The upgrades include a nicer bathroom with granite counters and even a jacuzzi tub. The furniture is wonderful with a classic style and wood dresser and nice round table and chairs for sitting and looking outside.
Disney Vacation Club Villas and Bungalows
If you are a DVC member or have purchased DVC points, you can stay in one of the Disney Polynesian Village Resort DVC Villas. These studio villas are even more spacious than the suites and are a great upgrade with a small kitchenette. Oh, and let’s not leave out the DVC Bungalows. These over-the-water homes are very large and have some of the best views of the magic kingdom. The bungalows are styled to look like the above water stays in places like Bora Bora or the Tahitian Islands.
Club Level Rooms
Club Level Rooms at the Polynesian Resort in Disney World are available for a higher rate and give you just that extra bump in quality that can really make your stay special. Concierge Services are stepped up and you are taken care of with everything you need during your stay. Help with park tickets and transportation options and there is so much more. This is not to even mention the clubs that are available only to the Club member.s
