Take a boat or kayak out on the lake and paddle around to get a different vantage point. Renting bikes is a great way to get around the resort and share a special memory with your kids. Seven (7) Outdoor, heated Pools will keep you cool and many of these pools come with a hot tub and kids shallow pool. For an additional fee (per person/per day) a visit to the Treasure Cove Water Park can add hours of fun for all ages. Arcade & Game Room
Walking by the Mission Control Game room, you peer in and see the excitement of many different Arcade-type games. Taking a break from the heat of Orlando, the Game room can provide some much-needed fun indoors. Some of the games require some skill and will reward you with credits that can be redeemed for prizes. Located on the first floor of the Village Shops, the Arcade is in a central location and easy to get to. Take your family and have some fun playing some of the old games as well as many of the newer games.
Basketball Court
Near the Citrus Breeze Pool, take a break from the water and get some friends, and family, or join a game in progress at the nearby basketball court.
Bowling Alley
Hit the lanes! The Westgate Lakes Resort is one of the few places at an Orlando Resort you can stay at and pick up a game of bowling. The 6 lanes are always ready with shoes and many different weight balls to choose from. Great for family or a team get-together.
Bike Rentals
What is more fun than a family bike ride? Bikes are available for rent from the Westgate Lakes resort and paths can take you all over the resort grounds. This is a great way to get around and see all of the gorgeous views.

Fitness Center
A great way to start the day is at the fitness center. Providing free weights as well as plenty of workout machines like, bicycles, treadmills, and ellipticals, keeps you in great shape when you are away from your gym.
Marina
Head down to the marina and spend some time on the water. Take out a fun kayak or pedal boat to get some great exercise as well as float around on the lake to see the Westgate Lakes resort from a different vantage point. Pontoon boats are also available with canopies and allow you to motor around the lake.
Mini-Golf
Enjoy the miniature golf course at the Westgate Lakes Resort without having to leave the property. Challenge your family and friends to 18 holes of fun.
Playground
Kids love playing on a playground and meeting new friends. The playground is located near the Turtle Cove Pool and overlooks a body of water. There is seating for the adults to keep an eye on the children while they are playing.
Sand Volleyball Court
Located close to the Pelican Landing Pool is the Sand Volleyball courts. Friends and family can start a game or you can ask people around the pools if they would like to join in.
