Do I have to be a DVC member to stay at Boulder Ridge Villas?
Disney allows anyone to book at the Boulder Ridge Villas Wilderness Lodge Resort if there is availability. First priority goes to the DVC members but anything leftover and available can be booked with Disney or through our Reservations with Hotels.com or Expedia.
Is parking free at the Boulder Ridge Villas?
DVC (Disney Vacation Club) members do not have to pay a parking fee when staying at the Boulder Ridge Villas at the Disney Wilderness Lodge. DVC members are exempt from paying for parking at any of the DVC properties.
Where are the Boulder Ridge Villas?
The Boulder Ridge Villas are located at the Disney Wilderness Lodge Resort. If you go to the main entrance of the Wilderness Lodge Resort, you will take a right through a corridor to a covered walkway leading to the Boulder Ridge Villas.
How does check-in work at the Boulder Ridge Villas?
Up to 10 days prior to your stay at the Boulder Ridge Villas, online check-in is available through the Disney MyExperience App or Online Disney Experience. Once logged in, click on your reservation and start the check-in process. After your check-in has been completed, you will be notified when your Villa is ready. Show up, and use a magic band or mobile device to gain entry to your room.
Check-in is also available at the counter located in the main Wilderness Lodge Lobby.
What time is Check-in/Check-out at the Disney Boulder Ridge Villas?
Check-in at the Boulder Ridge Villas is 4 PM on your arrival date and Check-out is 11 AM on your departure date. Using the Disney MyExperience App allows you to check-in days before your visit. Once done, a message will be sent to you when your Villa is ready
What transportation options are available?
Staying at the Boulder Ridge Villas gives you access to all of the Disney Wilderness Lodge Transportation options. Take a boat to the Magic Kingdom or board a Bus to all of the other Disney attractions.
What are the Pools like at Boulder Ridge?
DVC members at the Boulder Ridge Villas and Copper Creek Villas get to enjoy the amazing Pools at Disney Wilderness Lodge, including the Boulder Ridge Quiet pool or the Family oriented Copper Creek Springs Pool with a 67-foot water slide.
What fun things are there to do?
There are so many Fun things to do at the Disney Wilderness Lodge, it is a good idea to make some time to see it all. Take a boat out on the Bay Lake, rent a bike and explore the Disney Wilderness Lodge Resort and be adventurous and ride over to the
Disney Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground nearby. An arcade is available for those days when you need to get out of the sun.
What dining options are available?
There are so many Disney Wilderness Lodge Dining options to choose from. The Roaring Fork is open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner and offers a counter service option while the Whispering Canyon Cafe is a sit-down restaurant with some great surprises in store.
