The large atrium houses 3 different Florida themed locations with live foliage and even alligators to watch. The Gaylord Palms is also the closest resort to Hollywood Studios, at about 3 miles away and Epcot is nearly 5.5 miles. The kids are going to have so much fun at the pool area with many water slides of varying sizes and shapes and the kids splash area it huge with plenty of things to do. The Gaylord Palms in Orlando offers Complimentary Shuttle Service to Disney World and Disney Springs.

The 4-Star quality at the Marriott World Center Resort is tough to beat with a massive outdoor pool, kids splash park and a couple of towering water slides. Family fun, elegance and the full, special treatment is applied to all facets of your stay at this grand Marriott Resort. The World Center Marriott is also closest to Hollywood Studios, at about 4.9 miles away and the Magic Kingdom is 6.7 miles away. The World Center Marriott offers complimentary Shuttle Service to the Disney Parks (included with your daily resort fee).

Homestyle Living

Live like you do at home, maybe better when staying in a One (1) or Two (2) Bedroom Villa at the Sheraton Vistana Villas. Each of the Villas are stocked with a large kitchen and make it easy to settle in for a week or more with these comforts. There is a shuttle offered to take you to Disney World but it is not free. Having your own transporation might not be a bad idea when staying if you are going to the parks on multiple days. You could also contact an Uber or have a taxi take you around the city. Family time is the best with 7 outdoor pools and a water slide. The Vistana Villas might not be the closest to the Disney World Parks but it makes up for that with the extra living space and time away from the large crowds.

Each of the three (3) Hotels that make up the Marriott Village Hotels in Orlando are also part of the Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotels. Staying at any of these hotels gains you free shuttle to and from the Disney Parks. Since the pickup location is for all who stay at these hotels, the distance is the same for each of them. Also, staying at any of the Marriott Village Hotels give you access to the amenities at all three.

Two kidney shaped pools, a water slide and zero-entry make the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista a premier place to stay when visiting Disney World. The family suites with bunk beds make for the most amazing adventure for the kids. Pets are even allowed but must be under 40lbs to stay at this Sheraton in Lake Buena Vista. Complimentary Shuttle service is provided as part of the resort fee to all of the Disney World Theme Parks. The Hollywood Studios Park is closest to the Sheraton Lake Buena Vista but Epcot is fairly close as well.

Looking for a Pirate Adventure? One of the three (3) pool areas at the Sheraton Vistana Village Resort has a large water play area with a Pirate Ship complete with small water slides and loads of fun for the little ones. The other Pools are perfect for laying out and taking in all that Orlando has to offer. One (1) and Two (2) Bedroom Villas meet the need for space and family gatherings in the morning around the fully functional kitchen. Staying at the Vistana Villages Resort puts you at a distance from the Disney World Theme Parks, but gives you a great buffer from the crowds you will experince when walking around the parks. The Vistana Village Resort does not provide a shuttle to the Disney Parks.
